There are many different metals available for you to choose from when creating a backsplash. Besides the stainless steel shown for this project, there are also aluminum and copper tiles which come in many styles, designs, and finishes. If you have finally decided what kind of metal tile you will use and the wall look you want to achieve, go for it. To make the installation as perfect as possible, be sure to turn off power in the kitchen to avoid accidents with live wires and go easy on the amount of glue you use. Let the applied tiles dry for a few hours before using the stove or oven, and then prepare to enjoy your newly decorated kitchen.
Some plates are too cute to throw away or use at the dinner table, even if they’re made of plastic. So why not display them in your kitchen? An interesting idea is to use them to decorate your backsplash. You can hang them with pop can tabs although other techniques can be just as practical and simple. Feel free to improvise.
Since there’s not of space to work with in a kitchenette, you can’t have all the appliances you might want. Full‐size appliances are almost never a part of a kitchenette’s design. Usually they include a microwave, a small fridge and freezer and a hot plate. It’s enough to prepare a few quick and simple dishes but if you want to impress with your cooking skills this is not the place to do it.
